Don't ask AI, before you've asked Sarah.

Big companies have marketing departments. Small businesses have Sarah.

Sarah, not only sorts the HR, the marketing, they also answer the phone, send invoices, create quotes, they are at the business front line and they know exactly why customers hesitate before buying.

That last bit is gold.

Before you ask AI for another month of social posts, try this: write down three questions customers asked Sarah this week.

“How much will it cost?”

“Will it make a mess?”

“Do I really need the expensive option?”

Choose one. Write the answer you would give over a cup of tea, including a real example and what you honestly recommend.

Then give AI this prompt:

“Turn this customer question and my answer into a short, useful post. Keep my natural voice. Use only the facts I provide. Don’t invent claims or customer stories. Finish with a helpful next step.”

Read it aloud. Remove anything you would never say. Publish it where your customers already spend time.

Then put that answer somewhere it can keep working: your website, an enquiry email or a saved reply.

One conversation with Sarah, becomes a useful piece of marketing and an answer you no longer have to type from scratch.

Repeat weekly. Notice which topics bring relevant questions and enquiries.

You don’t need to sound like a bigger business.

You need to make it easier for someone to choose yours.

Just ask Sarah.
